How we look after people at Cliff Park Community Church

The Pastoral Care Team, together with House Group Leaders, work alongside the Minister in sharing the responsibility for the emotional, practical and spiritual care of all those attending Cliff Park Community Church (CPCC).

What we aim to do

To help everyone feel loved and valued within the family of CPCC

To show that each and every person is special and dearly loved by God.

To bring to the attention of the Minister any special concerns which need his involvement.

How we aim to care for you

The purpose of the Pastoral Care Team is to care for those who are not connected to a Home Group, in a way that honours Jesus and reflects His love for them.

The Pastoral Care Team provides someone for you to talk to, and will keep in touch with you. We also offer prayer and practical support if a need arises. We hope you will feel able to contact us should you want this kind of help.
